One of the toughest challenges for the organising committee of the biennial Toyota Tour de OROC is deciding on the route for each event. With the Orana Region covering an area of almost 200,000 square kilometres and with only six days to pedal through the region, it is impossible to cover every major town during every event.

Tour de OROC is a challenging 6 day charity ride that coves over 1000km, starting in Mudgee and finishing in Dubbo. Mudgee is a popular place to visit in the central west of NSW (approximately a 3 and a half hour drive from Sydney), with plenty of wineries and rolling hills.

What is the Toyota Tour de OROC 2022?

The 2022 version of the Toyota Tour de OROC will run from 21-26 March 2022 and see up to 30 dedicated riders and their support crew travel over 1,100km around the Orana Region in support of the Macquarie Home Stay. The first day pushes off from Mudgee on Monday 21 March with a lunch break at Mendooran followed by an overnight stay in Armatree.
